That's not the same as "days on market" — it's the gap until we next checked, so treat it as a rough upper bound, not a precise transaction date. As more of our features resolve one way or another, this number will get more reliable.

All figures above come directly from our own listing records, recalculated fresh on every publish — nothing here is pulled from a third-party market report. "Status checked" dates reflect when we last manually verified a listing, not an automated feed, so there can be a lag between a real-world change and our record of it. Featured-property counts include listings that have since sold, gone pending, or been removed; current-inventory figures reflect active listings only. We'll keep building this page out as more of our features run their course.
